This was an emergency call out during the England game 🙈 Chris went out of his way to ‘fault find’ the electrical fault during half time of the match. He patiently explained where the fault could be & returned after the match to further investigate. He repaired the faults, which was an outside electrical fault & was amazing. Considering it was dark at the time, he went above & beyond! A first class service which is rarely received from tradesmen these days. He came across as a true gentleman as well.
